Heather-Dawn Small fostered a living legacy by demonstrated the divine call for “earnest women workers, ... who are prudent, warm-hearted, tender and true to principle”; criss-crossing the world, nurturing and empowering women to be “instruments of righteousness, rendering holy service.” By God’s grace, lives she touched will continue to touch hearts and tell the world. The people of the Caribbean Union cherish fond memories of her as a friend, Minister’s wife, Educator and Foundational Leader of the Women and Children’s Ministries Departments. She made us proud serving with distinction at the wider organization. Her familiar smile was infused with the warmth of the Caribbean Islands and her delightful “Trini” accent added a special touch to her profound yet practical presentations. Her joy was unstoppable!”
