Julia Marlyn Charles was a true blessing to everyone who knew her. Her kindness, compassion, and laughter will forever be remembered. She had a way of making each person feel special, and her love will continue to live on in our hearts. ‘The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want… Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.’ – Psalm 23.
