Activities: At the Jessie May Trust we provide a free Palliative Care Service for children and young people who are not expected to live beyond nineteen years. We work in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.Members of our experienced care team support each family at home with short periods of respite, advice, terminal nursing care and bereavement support.
