Activities: We provide a support service to those diagnosed with Dementia and their carers and families. Primarily we cover the Wendover area.We are a team of volunteers that bring together different knowledge, skills and experiences. Our team includes two retired GPs, a palliative care nurse and bereavement specialist, a frailty care co-ordinator and a Dementia Champion who is experienced dementia care
